Before you do anything else

Three moves that make a suspension worse

These are the most common ways owners make a suspension harder to reverse. If you've done any of them already, tell us on the intake form. It changes the plan.

  • Don't make a new listing.Google says not to create a new profile for the same business while an appeal is open. Your reviews won't move to it, and duplicates can sink the appeal.
  • Stop editing the profile.A burst of quick edits is one of the most common suspension triggers. More edits now look like more of the same.
  • Don't fire off an appeal yet.Evidence has to be uploaded within 60 minutes of opening the form, and a denial leaves you fewer chances. Fix the cause first, then appeal once.

How it works

Four steps, usually a few business days

Google decides every case and doesn't publish review times. Most of what we control happens before the appeal is ever submitted.

  1. You · about 10 minutes

    Tell us what happened

Fill out the intake form: your business name as it appears on your sign, how customers reach you, recent edits, and the suspension notice. Pay the $99 start fee.

  2. Us · within 1 business day

    Get a written diagnosis

We check your profile against Google's guidelines and against your website and directory listings, identify the likely cause, and tell you honestly whether it's winnable. If it isn't, we say so.

  3. You, with our checklist

Fix the cause and gather evidence

You get a short list of profile fixes and the exact documents to pull. Business license, registration, tax certificate, or utility bill, with a name and address that match your profile word for word.

  4. You submit, we guide

Submit the appeal from your own account

We draft the appeal notes and walk you through the appeals tool on a screen-share or recorded video. You click submit from your Google account, so your login never leaves your hands. If Google asks for video verification, we prep your shot list.

Pricing

Pay to start. Pay the rest only if you're back.

The start fee covers the diagnosis and prep work. The success fee is due only when Google reinstates your listing.

Complex case

Account restrictions, appeals already denied, or multiple locations.

Start feeFull account review plus second-chance evidence plan$199
Success feeOnly if your listing is reinstated$600
Start a complex case

Not sure which one you are? Start a standard case. If the diagnosis shows it's complex, we'll tell you before any extra charge, and you can stop there. Nobody can guarantee Google's decision, and anyone who does is guessing.

Why trades get suspended

What we usually find

Home-service categories are held to a tighter standard because spam listings are common in them. These are the causes we check first.

Address showing on a service-area business

If you go to your customers, your address has to be hidden and service areas listed instead. One of the most frequent causes this year.

Extra words in the business name

"Smith Hauling – Junk Removal Knoxville" instead of the name on your truck and your paperwork.

Name, address, or phone that don't match

Your website, directories, and license say different things than the profile does.

Too many edits at once

Changing hours, categories, and photos in one sitting can trip an automated review.

A problem manager on the account

A past agency or employee with access got flagged, and every profile they touch goes down with them.

Website link that redirects

The link on your profile forwards somewhere else or points to a social page instead of your site.

Straight talk

Cases we turn down

We only take cases a real business can win honestly. If yours is one of these, we'll tell you in the diagnosis and refund your start fee.

  • Virtual offices, mailbox addresses, or co-working desks used as a storefront
  • Lead-generation listings for a business that isn't yours
  • A business name you want to keep keyword-stuffed after reinstatement
  • Profiles with paid, fake, or incentivized reviews

After you're reinstated

Keep it from happening again

A listing that's just been reinstated is more fragile than before, and a second suspension is harder to reverse. You'll get a written report on what caused yours and what would trigger it again. If you want help beyond that, there are two options.

Suspension Shield · $59/month

We watch it so you don't have to

Profile monitoring, alerts when someone suggests an edit to your listing, a monthly check that your name, address, and phone match everywhere, and edits made the safe way.

Get more calls from the map

Directory cleanup, service pages on your website, and an honest review-request system. For businesses that want to rank, not just stay listed.

Questions

Before you start

Are you Google?

No. We're an independent service with no affiliation with Google and no special access. We use the same appeals tool you do. What we bring is knowing what triggers suspensions and what evidence gets them reversed.

Will my reviews come back?

Reviews are hidden during a suspension, not deleted, and generally return when the profile is reinstated. That's the main reason not to start a new listing: reviews never transfer to a new one.

How long does it take?

You'll have your diagnosis within one business day of intake. After you submit, the decision is up to Google, which doesn't publish review times. Practitioners report a few business days in most cases, sometimes longer.

Do you need my Google password?

No. Appeals are filed from your own account, and we guide you through it. Sharing passwords or logging in from a new location can trigger security flags and create a second problem.

What if Google says no?

You don't pay the success fee. There is usually one more chance with stronger evidence, and we'll tell you whether it's worth taking. The start fee isn't refunded because the diagnosis and prep are already done, unless we decline your case after reviewing it.

My listing is back but I lost access. Is that a suspension?

That's usually a soft suspension: you're still visible on Maps, but you can't manage the profile. It needs the same reinstatement process, and acting quickly matters.

Every day off the map is calls going to a competitor.
